so i secured a week off between the end of my internship and the start of classes, and had decided i wanted to plan a trip with pat to one of my family's condos in florida, the one i rent out for them. i need to go down and check it out and make sure everything is in working order in general anyway, and theres no renters now, so it actually has a useful purpose. in addition, i've really wanted to go back to bahia honda state park. i went once before on the way down to key west, but we didnt stay too long since we'd planned key west for the day. i think its only about 40 miles south of the condo, about mid-way to key west. the water is gorgeous and the beach is incredible white sand. and there is an old out of use bridge that i think you can walk out on (though things like that unnerve me, which i think makes me more curious), which we didnt have a chance to do. i really hope i can work out some dates to go, i really want something to end my summer nicely with.
ughhh i really hope we can manage to go.
